When will I be able to accept payments?

Once a Headnote profile is complete, it takes 7-10 business days to fully unlock an account’s ability to accept credit card payments. A new account does, however, have the ability to accept ACH/eCheck transactions after they have completed the sign up process.

In order to fully complete your profile, please fill out the following:

1. The entirety of “Firm Information”
2. The entirety of “User Settings”
3. Link your bank accounts and upload a voided check or bank verification letters

Additionally, Headnote sees a high volume of new account applications. In order to avoid delays, we recommend reaching out to support after your profile has been completed in order to streamline the approval process.
